ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - GRACE CHURCH. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual to join our staff in the capacity of Administrative Assistant. We are a growing body of believers who are passionate about seeing God glorified in our community. Our Administrative Assistant will be expected to work with minimal supervision and show a keen desire towards contributing to the success of Grace Church operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Pastor and carry out administrative tasks related to church ministries and services. The list of responsibilities would include the following:

  • Maintaining church files and Donor records
  • Creating service bulletins, announcement and song slides
  • Coordinating facility bookings
  • Preparing reports & directories
  • Other general office duties as required

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Born-again believer who loves the Lord & His people
  • Agreement with the church's Articles of Faith
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Office management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Teachable spirit
  • Willingness to represent the Church with a spirit of kindness
