About Mark
I am the Communications Coordinator here at South Abbotsford Church. I am excited to be able to spend my time working to help organize our weekend services, coordinate South Abbotsford Church’s external messaging, and assist with other internal projects as they arise.
I was born and raised in Abbotsford and am happy to call South Abbotsford Church my home church. My parents brought me to South Abbotsford Church when I was very young and I have been around ever since. My parents also pushed me to volunteer at church in my high school years and as a result, I have been a Media Technician for our weekend services for the last 16 years prior to working here.
With my love of computers and technology, I was originally planning on moving my career toward areas associated with technology support like networking or computer programming. In the last four years, God has made me realize that He has other plans for me. After a car accident, some health changes, and some focused time reflecting on God later, I am now working at South Abbotsford Church where I can use many of the skills and knowledge that God has given me to support the ministries here.
