Small Groups
Sundays just won't be enough. We know that to know others and be known, it will need to be a small group. We also know that people have a range of commitment levels and capacities for this kind of thing. So we have different kinds of groups. Some you join for a long time and go deep (so deep) and others you can join for a limited time and just go together.
Whichever group you choose, we encourage you to find people to journey with.

Life Groups
long term. deep community. be known.
A group of 5-15 people who form the basic unit of Christian community. It provides a place for members to gather weekly in homes around the presence of Jesus, support one another as a family, reach out to those far from God, and mentor and release new leaders.
In order to do any of this stuff, we'd need to have a safe place where we are known. For this reason, we only open up life groups to intakes twice a year. If you'd like to be on the list for this, click the button below.

Right Now Media Access
We’re excited to share church-wide access to an extensive video library called RightNow Media! It’s like the “Netflix of Video Bible Studies” and has a HUGE library of faith-based videos that you can access whenever and wherever you want — on your phone, iPad, computer, or at home on your TV.

To access RightNow Media, email rightnowmedia@southabbotsford.com and we will set you up with an account to access the video library!
Journey Groups
short term. grow. connect.
A journey group typically organizes around a theme or purpose, like a Bible study or Alpha series. They start at various times throughout the year and tend to meet weekly for 8-10 weeks.

Hub Groups
Imagine almost any kind of interest group. This is what Hubs are about. We connect over shared interests and spend time together doing things we're already doing. The hope is that slowly and surely this connection deepens into intentional steps toward one another and Jesus. Think intersections of life and people.
