We're seeking a leader who does youth ministry the way Meadows does: showing up, building real relationships, and letting faith grow naturally out of everyday life. This person takes initiative and leads proactively—starting conversations, pursuing students outside scheduled events, and creating momentum rather than waiting for it. They're an evangelist at heart, energized by helping a young person encounter Jesus for the first time, and they'll walk alongside a growing and diverse group of teens—from daycamp graduates to newcomers from community outreach—helping each one take their next step toward Him.
