PreMarriage

The South Abbotsford Church Pre-Marriage Course is designed to give couples the tools for a long-lasting marriage. The four week course covers topics such as:

• Why Marriage?
• God's Equation for Marriage (When 1+1=1)
• Evaluating Your Relationship
• A Decision Making Guide
• Authentic Communication
• Roles and Responsibilities - Moving beyond cultural stereotypes
• Money, Money, Money
• Intimacy: Sexual Communication in Marriage

Current start dates are planned for:

September 13 

It is our goal to be facilitators in the use of the Preparing for Marriage book and it is our desire to equip couples with the tools needed to build a healthy, lasting marriage. Some of our goals are:

• We will work to replace the idealized view of marriage with a realistic one
• We will help couples to come to an honest decision about whether God is calling them to get married
• We will give them a glimpse of our own marriage relationship (the good, the bad, and the ugly)
• We intend to hold them accountable

We are committed to helping couples become one as God intended and pray He will use us in any way to fulfill His plans and purposes for this task.
