Ministry-at-a-Glance

Primary Ministry Focus:
Dave serves as the Director of Human Resources for the entire Canadian ministry. This involves giving direction for the HR Leadership team as well as serving on the Executive Leadership Team for the ministry. Doris is the Interactive Director for TruthMedia Internet Group, the internet ministry of Power to Change, Canada. As such she oversees a team of staff and volunteers who are involved in online ministry through chats, mentoring, blogs, discussion boards and online studies.

Major Challenges:
The tasks are much bigger than the time available. As such, we both need wisdom and discernment in how to make the best use of our time while accomplishing those things that are most important, and knowing when to do things ourselves and when to pass them on to others.

Prayer Focus:

• Please pray for stamina to be faithful to what God has called us to do, and for wisdom and discernment to know how best to use our time.
• For Dave, also pray that he would have God’s heart as he gives direction to the Human Resources team which in turn affects the entire ministry.
