Multi-Unit Site Coordinator - We are a professional Kitchen Cabinet and Millwork Company looking for an individual to join our team who is a superior leader and communicator. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities that allow them to coordinate, inspect and supervise onsite installation of our cabinets. HRA (Human Resources Advisor PT) - Progressive Kitchen Cabinets is hiring a part-time Human Resources Advisor who will report to the Operations Manager and the Human Resources Director.  The Human Resources Advisor will assist and support the delivery of human resource programs, policies and initiatives. These functions include coordinating job postings, candidate interviews, orientation, preparing and maintaining employment records and other human resources letters and documentation related to performance management, training and development, interpretation and follow through of Policies and Procedures as well as legislation including the Employment Standards Act, Labor Relations Code and Workers Compensation Act. The HRA will also be responsible for supporting Management in regards to exit interviews, discipline and performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality, build trust and create a positive healthy community within the workplace.

The ideal candidate will be a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with 3-5 years direct experience in HR. The candidate should be a person of integrity and professionalism that ensures a productive and cooperative environment.
